When considering the issue of mental health, emotional intelligence in schools, and why the education system needs to be reformed, it is important to consider why people are upset in the first place. In general, the topic of mental health is not a commonly discussed issue in media or education and many Kids do not understand their emotions or how to cope with them from a very young age.
