The Introduction
Welcome to my blog. My name is Elizabeth Hahn. I will be using this to record my progress in learning about the psychology of happiness. Through this research and this class I hope to better my understanding of the human brain and emotions. I also intend to use this in my own life so that hopefully I can lead a happier and healthier life. I also hope that this can help me understand people and their dynamics after, and see if there is a way that I can be a positive influence in their life. Lastly, I also hope that this course and the research will help prepare me for college and my future. I hope that it will teach me how to manage time more efficently so that I will be more successful in my other classes. I have also found that I have a deficit when it comes to undertanding my own emotions and coming back from negative situations so I hope that this can positively inform me.
